Urban Land Institute not only researches the best ways to utilize land, but also helps solve land use issues with creative solutions. They are “a DO tank” focused on creating sustainable communities world wide and providing collaboration to best meet the community needs. ULI contributes to local and use policy through educational forums and advocacy, offering unbiased and non-partisan counsel on issues impacting responsible development and offering pathways of dialogue among key stakeholders. ULI experts and elected officials have developed forums between the private and public sectors to improve understanding about responsible land use and creating sustainable communities.
